In every Dutch municipality there is an independent equal rights office where citizens and professionals can go for advice, registration and assistance in the event of incidents. Any incident involving discrimination, bullying or structural exclusion is important to report! is part of Vizier.

When do I contact the Vizier equal rights office?
You can contact us if you experiences or witnessed discrimination. We can also be of service if you are not sure whether something is discrimination.
Even if you don't need help or advice, it's good to report it so we have a clear picture of where and how discrimination occurs. Based on the reports and signals we receive, we can encourage policy makers and those responsible to take appropriate measures.

What can Vizier do with my complaint?
Vizier listens to you and takes your complaint seriously. We give you advice on how to deal with discrimination in your situation. We can offer you support to talk to others and find a solution together. We can also help you with complaints procedures and with reporting to the police.
We look for a suitable solution together with you.
